Biography

David J. Miller is a native Floridian and spent most of his life in Pinellas County, Florida. Following graduation from Tarpon Springs High School, he earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida in 2001 and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of South Florida in 2004. After working in accounting for several years, David decided that his true passion was in the legal profession and ultimately graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 2009. Even though David chose to leave the accounting profession, that experience remains invaluable for him in analyzing cases because David views real estate and business matters through a lens that few attorneys possess.

After graduating from law school, David was fortunate to work at several firms that provided an opportunity to represent a large number of clients in cases that simultaneously incorporated several practice areas, including, but not limited to, real estate, debt litigation, bankruptcy, and business matters. Given that there is often an overlap in practice areas during litigation, David’s diverse experience allows all of your legal matters to be resolved under one roof.

Most importantly, David chose to be an attorney because he enjoys helping people resolve issues that are causing stress in their lives. He doesn’t want to just represent you in one case, he wants you to be a client for life. David looks forward to the privilege of representing you in the future and fighting for your rights.
